…And with it, the very first Curated Design Market – indoors and outdoors – bold and cozy, with true November attitude. Style, sound, street culture – and everything you wouldn’t expect – all gathered in one place. Discover selected archive pieces from international and local premium brands, an outdoor creator market, art installations on Aaron-Bernstein-Platz, plus DJ sets and delicious crafted drinks and snacks served amid the legendary AM TACHELES architecture.
BACKYARD SESSION is where taste meets real energy – a gathering spot for the curious, the creative, and the cosmopolitan minds of this city.
BACKYARD SESSION VOL. 1
Music Line-Up
Setting the right vibe are DJs behind the decks who know how to make dancefloors shake across the globe: Live act Fletchy Boy with his mix from RnB to Garage to 90s House, and the DJ duo Datta, serving finely selected underground rarities that, with driving rhythms and a Void sound system, will turn the night into a pulsating BACKYARD SESSION. Completing the line-up is Ukrainian-Nigerian DJ Daisy Weweh, bringing her distinctive blend of House, Soul, and Club Music.

Art
Impressive art installations by light artist Luis West and reflective sculptures by internationally exhibited artist Camille Schaeffer deliver a visual wow effect at the BACKYARD SESSION. Adding another creative touch is Berlin-based textile artist Page Travaglini, whose imaginative rug works complete the overall picture.
